Use the following recipe to brew ginger tea for weight loss.
Cut thin slices of ginger root (30 g), pour cold water (300 mL) and set to boil and then leave to boil for another 15-20 minutes. Turn off the stove, and leave the tea to cool to a temperature of 40 degrees. Filter the liquid, add to it lemon juice and half a teaspoon of natural unpasteurized honey to taste. It is best to drink ginger tea 30 minutes before each meal, twice a day (morning and afternoon, but not in the evening). It is preferable to prepare it fresh each time.
